What is Circuit training & HIIT at Health & Fit De Werf in The Hague?

This type of exercising is a form of interval training, focused on cardiovascular and strength training, which alternates between short periods of intense exercise and less intense recovery periods. This combination of intense exercises with little rest in between, will dramatically improve your endurance, muscle mass and muscle strength.

Interval training is a very efficient and effective way to work out. On average it takes 20 to 50 minutes (perfect to squeeze into your busy schedule!), and you’ll notice results quickly: improvement in stamina and muscle strength and weight loss.
